We don’t currently offer giftcards or store credit so we’re honestly not sure where you got this “Gift Card”. Please contact us for further assistance.

Orders over $99.99 (USD) are eligible to receive free shipping. To clarify, cart items must be over $99.99, exclusive of tax and shipping. The free shipping offer automatically appears on checkout.

We have been selling stuff for the last few years. You can visit us at our shop in the town, prescription we are open from 9am to 5pm every day apart from Sunday when we are open from 10am to 4pm and directions are on our Contact Us page. Firstly, We’re truly sorry you aren’t enjoying your product as much as you thought you would. And to be honest, this is probably going to sting a little, but then feel really really good.

We don’t accept returns or issue refunds for orders already in process or completed, but don’t worry theres a solution to make everyone happy.

We ask that you donate your unwanted product to a local goodwill or shelter and provide photo proof when you do so. Send that image back to us and we’ll be happy to ship you out another product of equal (or lesser) value free of charge. See, you feel good already dont you?
